    Mr Lawrence is a highly experienced director and executive manager with a track record in operating large and small scale mining operations, the development of public and private mining companies and successfully permitting and financing new mining projects.

    Mr Lawrence is a metallurgist by profession, with a career extending over 40 years in the mining industry including senior executive roles with Western Mining Corporation, RMD Stem, and Cobar Consolidated Resources.

    Executive Director and Company Secretary

    Mr Williams has extensive finance and corporate advisory experience in the mining sector, including identification and assessment of acquisition targets, strategic advice, deal structuring and pricing, project finance, capital markets, due diligence and execution.

    Mr Williams is a financier by profession, with a career over 25 years including executive roles with PWC (Sydney, Vancouver), HBOS (UK), Citigroup (Sydney), and ANZ (Sydney).

    Mr Lamb brings 25 years of experience in Transport, Mining and Construction industries.

    Currently head of ELX Mining and Resources logistics company, Mr Lamb has also held senior mining services management roles with Toll Group and ODT Australis. Mr Lamb is an active Director in multiple enterprises currently including the non for profit Career Employment Group (CEG) and formerly the Global Maintenance Upper Spencer Gulf cluster network (GMUSG)

    Chief Geologist

    Mr Heaslop is a senior geologist with exploration and resource development experience in Africa, Australia, and the Pacific and specific focus and expertise in project generation and early stage targeting for precious and base metal deposits

    Mr Heaslop has held exploration geologist roles with Rio Tinto, Metals of Africa, Axiom Mining, Inca Minerals, and Liberation Resources, and through his own firm MRG Resources identified the highly prospective Balter Project for Midwest Minerals.
